Corporate Accounts and Purchase Orders
LED Rope Lights And More, a division of Take Three, Inc., welcomes Purchase Orders (POs) from businesses, governments, schools, and other organizations.
Businesses or organizations that wish to place orders using a company purchase order on Net30 terms must first open a corporate account.* To do so, download a Take Three Credit Application using the link below, fill it out in its entirety, and return to us via email or fax. All credit applications will be reviewed by Take Three, Inc. on an individual basis. You will be notified once the credit application is approved and your account is active.
*Credit application is not required for pre-paid terms.
Once your account is active, please contact us to discuss which items you are interested in ordering, as well as possible shipping options. This information will be used by our staff to generate a custom quote for you, which you should use in preparing your purchase order. All company purchase orders must contain the following information:
Once your purchase order is ready, you may submit it to us via email attachment or via fax to 1-317-682-4720.
Your order will then be entered into our system and sent for processing and fulfillment. When your order has shipped out (usually within 3 business days of submitting your PO), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
After your order has shipped, your invoice will be emailed to you. All invoices must be paid off within 30 days (Net30 terms) via corporate check, cashier's check, or money order, made out to "Take Three, Inc." or wire transfer.
If you do not hear from us within a few days of sending in your purchase order, please contact us to verify that we have received your order.
