Limited Warranty and Responsibility
Unless noted otherwise, all products are under warranty for 30 days, beginning at date of delivery.
Products are under warranty in their original condition, with proof of purchase. Take Three, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment of incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and property. Please be advised that some products may represent a possible shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current, local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
Please test that all lights are working properly immediately upon delivery. Warranties cannot be honored after products have been cut, customized, or modified in any way from their original factory condition.
Attaching a power cord to a light in order to test it is not considered a modification of the light, and as such will have no effect on the product's coverage under warranty.
What to do if you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
If you receive a product that you believe to be damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us immediately. Potentially defective items must be sent back to us for inspection prior to a replacement or refund being issued. A replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of Take Three, Inc. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. If inspection determines that the returned item was indeed defective, a credit will be issued to the customer to cover the return shipping cost.
Take Three, Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will immediately be posted on this page.
