Returns
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days, minus the cost of shipping & handling and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped and in their original packaging. No credit will be given for damaged or opened items.
If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the support link above. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.
Please test that all lights are working properly immediately upon delivery. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be honored after products are installed, customized, or modified in any way.
